What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, the date you signed up, the signup source, and a record of the consent wording you agreed to. If the link you followed includes campaign tags (UTM parameters), we also save those tags with your signup to understand which campaigns bring people to Alba. We do not save the full link or other query parameters. Joining the list does not create an Alba product account.

Our servers and hosting providers may also record technical information, such as your IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information, to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your signup information to send the Alba launch updates you requested, manage the list, and record your communication preferences. We use technical information to operate and protect the website.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for launch emails and our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website for essential technical processing.

Who processes your information

Service providers that host our website and database process information on our behalf. When we send launch updates, an email delivery provider may also process your email address to deliver those messages. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Cookies and tracking

This launch page does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or cookies for the signup form. The product video is hosted with the website rather than embedded from a third-party video platform.

How long we keep it

We keep signup information while it is needed to provide the launch updates you requested. If you withdraw consent or the launch list is no longer needed, we remove your information from the active mailing list. Limited records may be retained where needed to honor an opt-out, document consent, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

Signing up is optional. You can withdraw your consent and request removal from the launch list by contacting us. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
